hi - thanks for your question. Each of our graduates and apprentices complete performance reports with their managers and counsellors to ensure their meeting their objectives, developing their skills and this can come with salary increases - however this is dependent on the current climate and will match the rest of the firm's policies on pay increases and benefits.
