Is there any role will suit me? Hi, I am experienced hospitality and tourism manager, currently doing my part time MBA and interested in EY Hospitality Real Estate and Construction. Obviously, I am not interested in placement or Internship. Do you recruit people from different industry experience candidate with MBA
Hello
Hi Vincent
We definitely recruit from different backgrounds, for instance I came from an engineering background along with most of my team
That is good news
When I was doing my assessment center I've met people from many many different backgrounds
I am working as a Operation's Manager at the Hotel and have nearly 10 years managing teams at the hotel level.
I am doing my part time Executive MBA at University of the West of England.
When I joined I had 4 years experience in engineering and 1 year in a hedge fund, however as this is a new industry you would need to learn the role again.
There are experience hire positions available too
I am looking to do an Internship or work placement in 2019.
That should be fine, although if you are looking for a long term career then the grad program might be better
I am interested in EY Hospitality, Real Estate and Construction. Is there any grad program available for 2019
There will be however I believe the applications are not open yet. I think if you are interested in a specific industry it might be worth finding out which department you would best fit in and then applying to that. For example we have a real estate valuations team
That is great. Do you know when these positions will be opened? I have also experience in auditing at the hotel level
Graduate programs are actually open now. You might be able to use the path finder tool. Https://ukcareers.ey.com/students/programmes/ey-pathfinder
Thank you very much.
