Could you tell us more about the daily flow of the final stage of graduate audit application?

I would like to hear more about the group activities, the presentations and the interview with partners.

I joined as an industrial placement student so my path was slightly different, but I did do the partner interview. I would say one way to help you in that is to do your research! learn about EY and why you would like to work here, and why specifically you want to be an auditor!

Hi Misuzu, for the group activity you will be discussing different case studies within your allocated team, so its important you engage and interact with the group sharing any knowledge and your opinion - also we are looking at strengths candidates have here so it'll be things like communication skills and you can see all the other strengths we look for during the whole application process - https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/strengths

Thank you very much for both! I have questions for Andrew. How do you think you apply yourself and your strengths to your work in assurance at EY?

I would say the best way to apply yourself in assurance at EY is to be skeptical, ask questions and always be wanting to learn! Another big part of EY's culture particularly is always be yourself!

Amazing! What made you decide to work for EY compared to other Big Four companies?

I really love the culture of EY, everyone in my office is really friendly and helps each other. When I spoke to people when I was doing my research I felt this was a common theme amongst employees at EY.
