Hi Mohammed, hope you're well. Across the experience day you'll have a variety of activities you will need to complete.
The day itself is designed to be informative, interactive and fun. You have activities on your own, in a group and an interview. There is some self evaluation as well. You can also expect advice and career guidance from EY grads and apprentices, as well as senior leaders and even partners.
Can I ask what kind of activities are like in the EY experience day? And how do I prepare for the experience day?
Unfortunately I can't tell you the specifics of the activities. The best way to prepare for the experience day is to research EY and research your business area. If you're at university I would recommend speaking to the careers service as well/ and looking at our website here www.ey.com/uk/apply or www.ey.com/uk/strengths
Our EYX Assessment Centres include an individual and group activity, that will assess you on a variety of skills and strengths. Currently, depending on if your assessment centre is virtual or in-person, as well as the role you have applied to, there may also be an interview on the day, however this will be confirmed once you are booked on to an event. The details of the tasks of the day cannot be shared in advance, however any material you are required to access in advance will be provided, and everything else will be shared during the EYX, so you will all be in the same boat. This makes it a fantastic day to collaborate with other applicants and demonstrate your unique qualities! I wish anyone attending one of our events the very best of luck - please remember to be yourself, and use the links in the comments above to help your prepare!
