Hi Rayane, from my experience on projects so far, the difficulty faced when conducting due diligence does not vary as much sector-to-sector but it does seem to differ more depending on the size/structure of the company. For example, if there is a complex organisational structure with several subsidiaries across multiple geographic regions, this can bring in more complicated challenges for our work. Hope that helps!
