Hi Khushboo. There is natural career progression within assurance during your training contract. After 2 years you will be part-qualified senior and then once time qualified a fully qualified senior. Beyond that promotions depend on office capacity and performance. There are half-yearly performance reviews which take place to determine promotions.

Also is there any fixed increase in pay year to year? or that depends on our performance and promotions?

Pay increases vary each year dependent on company performance in the year and inflation etc. As you progress as a graduate you will get an increase yearly. Pay reviews occur in the September of each year.
