I chose EY because they are a well known brand and had the progression and learning opportunities I wanted within a firm.
I love the culture, we have team meetings every friday to stay connected to talk about anything we fancy. We also have coffee roulettes to provide us with opportunities to meet people in the team we may not have bumped into yet.
We have a women's network were we put on events with female speakers telling us about their experiences and progressions along with the every day challenges. There are women's network lunches as well every month, which creates a great networking opportunity.
