Could you kindly give tips on how to prepare for case study or business interviews for the Graduate Tax scheme?

If applicable, I'm referring to People Advisory Services (Integrated Workforce Mobility). But any advice would be very helpful. Thank you very much in advance!

Hi there, thanks for your question. We have lots of helpful resources to help set you up for success as part of the application process. This includes our EY Student Assessment Practice Hub which is a free to use online platform to help you practice mock assessments. You can also sign up to our weekly application bootcamp webinars on Our events  page. These take place each Wednesday at 4.30pm. The team will go through the application process in detail and let you know what to expect and how to be successful.

Although I'm not a tax graduate, I recall the partner interview was similar for all service lines. When I did this 3 years back we gave a small pre-prepared presentation then the rest of the interview was as expected - skill based questions, questions about the role, the company, etc. I would recommend to be well-prepared - e.g. make sure you do extensive research about EY and what makes EY stand out for you; understand your role and how your skills are suited towards it, think of situations where you've shown the relevant skills in the recent past so you can share these stories. It's really like any typical interview you'd expect, and they care more about your skills, so don't worry if you don't have any previous professional experience (I didn't).
