Hi, I have a question on this as well. If my predicted grade is a First, but I end up getting a Second Upper, will there be any consequences? From what I understand is that, EY usually accepts a degree with Second Upper and above?
Hi both - in any case where you do not receive your predicted grades, it will be reviewed by the business. It still needs to be reviewed by the business if you have gone from a first to a 2:1.
Great thank you. When you refer to predicted grades in regard to graduate joiners, is that the 'expected university grade' section from the first stage application form?
Yes that's right! So whatever you put as your expected grades when you applied to us on your application form.
Hi just a further question on this, what qualifications are verified during the pre-employment screening process for graduate joiners? Would this be the degree result only, or involve A-levels etc as well?
Hi Vandita, we will be reaching out to verify your GCSE, A Level and Degree grades as part of the pre-employment screening process.
Thanks for clearing that Mollie!
Great thank you Kate for the clarification!
