I was notified that the People Consulting roles are now filled and have selected alternate options like Mobility, Reward, and Immigration or Risk Consulting. Considering these roles likely have a high number of applicants, what are the chances of being selected at this stage? On what basis are candidates assessed and selected for these roles?
Hello thank you for your question :) Applications were opened at the start of November and close when they are filled. Roles on our website are open at the moment. Applying now you will go through our application process in the hope of gaining a position
Thank you Cassie! It’s been quite a journey for me since submitting my application. I applied for the People Consulting program on the day it was released on the website. A few weeks after completing my EY assessment, I received an email stating that I did not meet the criteria and my application would not progress. However, about a month later, I was informed that I now met the criteria, and my application was reopened.
More recently, I was notified that the People Consulting role is now filled and asked to divert my career preferences. I have since chosen two programs that align with my interests. I’d like to know how long it might take to hear back regarding these roles and when EY winds up the whole application process.
That is quite a journey! As you can imagine we have a very high volume of applications but don't worry we will get back to you as soon as possible!
I did email the recruitment team earlier today with more queries around my situation and Sean got back to me promptly. Hoping to hear back soon! Thank you! :)
