Career development of pension assurance
Hello, I'm going to join pension assurance team this September, I'm really excited about it because I could get a better view of uk pension schemes!! But I want to know is there any chance to change my service line after I grab a lot of knowledge in this area... Like, relocate to other offices doing other general assurance during the graduate scheme or after the graduate scheme? Will that application became difficult since my previous work only focus on pension?

Hi Lili - thank you for your question. You'll have to complete your qualification within the service line you've started with. You'll always have the opportunity to network with other graduates across other service lines but you'll be expected to finish your graduate programme within pension assurance.
