These responsibilities in Tax can vary from:
Creating slide decks on powerpoint with group structures and relevant steps for a company to move assets around the company, including the tax considerations of these steps.
Responding to overseas emails, reading their tax consequences and adding their comments into decks, so more of a coordination role
Reading through company's documents and making sure they match up, and creating a report on any findings - this is often done when one company plans to acquire another company and they want to ensure there are no massive debts that have been hidden
Engagement admin (although this often involves delegation to our assistants who help with admin)
- invoices
- billing summaries
- creating codes for us to charge our time to
