Since I've joined EY four months ago, EY has supported me through my personal and professional development as I have had the opportunity to work on setting up my own sports club. EY have also supported me through the networks as being a member of the EY Black Community has allowed me to have mentors that can support my personal development. EY have numerous platforms where you can earn EY Badges and do training modules which have equipped me with the latest industry knowledge and technical skills, enabling me to deliver high-quality services to clients in addition to attending in person training. I have a peer support group, buddy, student coach and counsellor that all support me in a multitude of ways. I've stepped out of my comfort zone and improved my public speaking in having the opportunity to sit on many panels at EY and share with others my personal and professional experiences.
