On a personal level, taking time to understand my own values really helped me when l was applying to EY because it allowed me to align my personal values to the firm’s. As well as this, it allowed me to build a connection with the firm and to really connect to our purpose of building a better working world as well as challenging me to really think about how l would contribute to that purpose.
