Can you express a preference between Financial Services and UK&Ireland?

For Technology Consultancy and Business Consultancy, I see that you will be divided into either FS or UK&I. I am more interested in UK&I. If I am lucky enough to get either job, will I have an opportunity to express which group I would prefer to be in or will I be assigned automatically?
