It's hard to give a 'typical day' due to the dynamic nature of the job. However for me my day will always start with a drive into the office, we operate with a 'hybrid working' policy whereby we work three days in the office and have the option to work the other two days from home but I choose to always work in the Office. I love the social aspect of working from the office and find that I learn a lot from those around me even if I am not directly working with them. Every day I spend time collaborating with both members of my engagement team as well as members of the clients' Finance team. Outside of meetings a lot of my time is spent on Excel documenting the findings we have made, as well as performing analysis over the numbers themselves. In this role, there is a good mix of individual tasks which require you to really think about the task at hand and more discussion and team related task which require you to effectively communicate.
