EY recently expanded their WFH policy to include being able to work from abroad from any country you have the right to work in (e.g. citizen etc.), otherwise you will need to get approval.
You should also bear in mind work hours for larger time-zone differences!

There's also a 20 day per year limit on working abroad, even if you do have the right to work in that country
