Can I sign up to the Social Mobility Spring week if I was on a bursary throughout my time in secondary school?

I am unsure whether to apply to the spring week as being on a bursary isn't one of the criteria of the social mobility; however, it is proof of a lower socio economy. I attended a private school on bursary then moved to a state school. Would that be sufficient? I am a first Year.
