Can I join EY with PSW visa (Graduate visa) at the moment?

Just to make sure if the policy has changed recently or not. Can PSW to T4 visa switching work in EY at the moment?

    After you have secured an offer you will find more information on work permits contained in your offer
    letter. If you require a work permit, this process will be initiated through EY’s Immigration team
    approximately three months prior to your start date. We will reach out separately to advise you of the
    work permit process, provide some FAQs around this and then ask you to return documents to us.
    You will receive guidance and support from us as well as our Global Immigration team.
