I looked online and couldn't find much info about the accreditation - but it seems to be a fairly new thing

Hi yes I have the same question. On the contract it talks about demonstrating interest, does this mean the exams aren’t actually compulsory?

And it looked like maybe you don't fully qualify until you have 5 years of professional experience, so I'm wondering how that works alongside whatever the qualification involves within the 2 years of the grad scheme
