I would say some of the key things to do are:
- Research the company, know about what values EY has and what it wants to achieve as an organisation.
- Know about the context, what issues are impacting EY at the moment and what is it doing about them?
- Know about your motivation, why do you want to work for EY; what can you contribute and how are you suited as a person to this organisation?
- Know about the specific role and office, what does it involve and what does the office do and why is it suited to you?
Thanks!
Thank you so much!
