Bearing in mind the size of EY, how challenging is it to get a higher position starting as an apprentice?

Hi everyone. I don't know if getting a higher position is hard or doable, and I would really like to progress if I got an offer. How's your experience?

Hi Helena, the head of Restructuring for UK&I is Alan Hudson (Partner) and he joined EY through the then school leaver scheme. We also have other Senior partners who didn't go to university and are now in senior positions. Once you pass all your exams you become a qualified Executive in TAS, and get automatic "promotions" every year of the program before this. So my answer would be being an Apprentice doesn't hinder you in any way, it actually gets you a
    headstart!

The above is generally true for all service lines. Once you have passed all your exams, it is all equal ground in terms of promotions for everyone within EY.
