Hi Avi, I work in FAAS so may be slightly different in tech consulting but I think this is true for most of the graduate schemes: it's great to be open-minded when you start as you might work on various different types of project, which is good to find out which areas you enjoy. It's also helpful to network and make connections within your team and department, as this will help with finding future projects that align with your interests.

How is the schedule arranged for CIMA certification and when will the exams be conducted?

Hi Avi, the schedule may depend on your department, but for me the 4 exams were spread out over about a year - your first one will likely take place shortly after you join, but you will be provided with all of the materials you need to prepare for this. For some exams, there may be some flexibility with the dates - I know someone in my cohort was able to move the dates of some exams forward as they had extra time to study for it during a quieter period.
