-Especially if had only little or no previous employment
Hi Henry - I too had very little employment experience before joining EY.
However, EY do not expect you to have this experience and as part of your onboarding experience, the team will help you adapt to the business environment.
It will seem different at first, but this is what makes it exciting to me. You learn how to work in a new environment with everyone helping you along the way.
In terms of workload, it will be gradual and adapted to how suits you best. Your team will make sure you are given enough work to keep you stretched and motivated, but not too much so that you are overwhelmed.
You are also able to be open as to how you are managing and if you want to take on more work / if you feel you have taken on too much
