Could you give more information about assessment process?
Hi Yasin, thanks for your question. I work as part of the Assurance team and would be delighted to help. You will be glad to know what our application process has been streamlined - meaning we can extend an offer to you quicker if you're successful! The first stage is for you to submit your application (name, contact details, qualification details etc) - it is super important that the details you provide are 100% accurate. The second stage is an EY One assessment which will be conducted online. There will be a series of different question formats; video recorded responses, a case study and situational judgement. If you are successful, you will be invited to an EY Experience Day (assessment centre) in one of our offices! During this day, you will also have an interview with a partner. If you are successful on this day, we will extend an offer to you. We run really webinars which you can sign upto to gain further understanding of the process and the core strengths that we look for. Take a look at this link - https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/events-and-contacts
Is there any numerical assessment?
As part of the EY ONE Assessment we do have a numerical test that you will need to complete so we would recommend practicing some examples. Within this, you will be asked questions comparing data and it is measured on speed and accuracy together.
Is this assessment link coming separate or together?
The numerical test is measured on speed and accuracy together, are there any standards for the measurement?
The EY ONE is essentially 4 tests in one sitting. You will do the NRT, video recorded responses and Situation Judgement questions. Use this link to jump on our application success webinars https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/events-and-contacts

Application preparation:
There are lots of free sites online that you can use to practice for the application process, we have our VEE portal below for preparation:
VEE is a portal created by Cappfinity that applications can access for support throughout the application process.
The portal is split into three modules which can be completed at your pace:
- Career Ready - focussing on strengths
- Assessment Ready - assessment practice (including NRT!)
- Showcase - EY specific Job Simulation

How many question we need to solve in EY one?
I want to figure out the standard of accuracy and speed of 12 numerical questions? I found some comments online said you need to finish it within 20min without any mistakes, would it be alright?
Hi Yasin, it can take between 45 - 70 minutes to complete depending on which EY ONE you are applying to that programme
Hi Tony, I would suggest to do your best during the numerical reasoning test. Have a calculator, pen and paper to hand. You can practice numerical reasoning questions on our Preparation Plus page: https://ey.preparationplus.com/ Speed and accuracy is important for the numerical reasoning test so as fast and accurately as you can
But I am just worried about EY one assessment process? Numerical test is timed. But Can we see the timing or not? Josh said: The second stage is an EY One assessment which will be conducted online. There will be a series of different question formats; video recorded responses, a case study and situational judgement. He did not mentioned about the numerical test. Does the assurance graduate programme has the the numerical test ?
Hi Yasin, you will need to complete a Numerical Reasoning Test as part of the EY ONE for our Assurance programme. There will not be a countdown for the NRT test, however to perform well, you will need to answer questions with speed and accuracy.
I would recommend scrolling up and accessing the link so you can take a few practice tests beforehand. They are really helpful in preparing you on what to expect!
Okay thank you so much.
No problem! Can I assist with anymore questions?
No thank you have nice a evening.
You too!
Thank you Josh
