It depends on the team! In mine you are put into the work quite quickly at an admin level (which will persist as a requirement to do throughout your time here). In terms of technical it depends what projects you are aligned and how much interest you show on learning yourself. If you volunteer to have a first draft of a client email/deliverable/classification etc. you're going to be given the opportunity faster than if you passively wait for it.
