Spend the time to practice before Numerical Reasoning, it is worth the extra hour to practice before you do it as it is timed as well as on accuracy!

I would say the biggest tip I can give is to be yourself. The process is a chance for EY to learn about you, and for you to learn about EY. Especially during your final interview, your interviewer will be looking for your personality and enthusiasm
