    Hi Ray, thank you very much for reaching out! I would say that no specific background in studies is needed to fit into a graduate role in tax at EY. Everyone is welcome! Lots of people in my team have studied different things which is really nice to meet a variety of people. My team are very supportive and teach us from the beginning which has been great!

    Oh thank you, that is really insightful. I am really interested in the US/UK Cross Border Tax Services and I was wondering if I need to be familiar with any tools EY might use to navigate through arising issues regarding government conflicts.

    Hi Ray, no knowledge of EY tools is required when you start. I have found everyone really supportive in helping me learn and develop my understanding of EY specific tools throughout my graduate role so far!
