In that case yu will not be able to take holiday as it will be during the peak season, however you can submit a holiday request for partner approval if you have extenuating circumstances :)

There are many, many teams within each department at EY.

Some teams will have a busy season from January to March if you are in Assurance. Some teams in Assurance won't. Tax busy seasons may differ too. Consulting doesn't have a busy season

The rules around annual leave vary between teams, but if you had something really important during your busy season don't think it will be a blanket "no"
