Are you able to request a change to a different competency?
During the two year programme if you find you are not well suited/not enjoying the competency you have been assigned is there any opportunity to change? As I am aware most of your projects are within your home team.

Hiya Sam, there is no opportunity to change your home team as this will have been decided based on the preferences you gave as well as current business demand. The Business Consulting pathway is designed so that resourcing across the competencies is possible, so that should not prevent you from gaining experience within an area of choice. This is something you could discuss with your counsellor and Resource Manager when you join.
