Hi, yes there is! Being a large corporation, there are many opportunities for you in EY. In Assurance, after completing 2 years of work experience, you get a promotion to Part Qualified Senior (which is my current role), and upon qualification from ICAEW/ICAS, you get promoted to Qualified Senior. From there promotions are in your hands depending on where you want to go in your careers. Similarly, you may wish to change service line or office, which is possible if you advocate for it. For example, I am wanting to move to Australia post-qualification, so I am in communication with the teams over there to make this possible.
