I was suprised by how much support I had when I first joined, you'll be assigned at least one buddy who typically started a year or two who can help you with anything you need as you start before you. You also have a counsellor who will help you acheive your career goals alongside a manager who will help you with your day to day role (sometimes these are the same person). You will also have all the people you started with who will be a big support system 😃

Hi Zak, one thing that I was surprised about when I joined is the warm environment in my office. Given the size of the company, I didn't expect to receive as much support as we do (as Jasmine mentioned above), but I've also been very fortunate to work with some fantastic teams and grow great working relationships with my colleagues in my office, as well as making some life-long friends!
