Usually, we don't switch between UKI and FSO. We stick to the ones we're allocated, as there is a lot to explore.

No it's kinda rigid for the first 3 years, but you can explore other options after 3 years

Within UK&I, is it possible to change between teams. I will be joining the GPS sector, but would I be able to switch to the private sector teams?
