    Hi Zhiyuan - thank you for asking! In the technology space, the industry wide focus tends to be on the right set of technical skills and exposure rather than any accreditations. So to that extent, the FTDS Graduate Programme is tailored to enable Graduates to build these skills and competencies through external and internal trainings, courses, shadowing opportunities and engagement rotations. Graduates do have options to pursue relevant accreditations such as CFE but they are not mandatory.
