Hi Mabel, once you have completed your training contract then secondment opportunities are available across service lines! These will need to be applied to internally and there may be other people in your team applying for the same role

Hi Mabel,

Just to add to the discussion above - yes there are secondment opportunities available. If you join the ACP programme, which is a two year consulting grad scheme, there is a six month window of opportunity to move into a particular team of interest to you. I am currently seconded into the BCM sector team, so it's a really good way to see how a different part of the business operates.
