Hi Daanyal, you are paid a salary with a consistent amount each month. Working hours have been factored into this and covers both busy and quieter periods throughout the year

Hi John, during quieter periods, you will be working the standard 35 hours a week - 9am to 5pm daily.

What about when it's busy season on average?

roughly - how long does busy season last?

Busy season for everyone is different and it can last from 2-4 months. Within FSO Audit, the hours are on average 9am-7pm but can increase during busier times when it gets closer to to the sign-off date. When working in the office, you'll stay with your team and friends so it won't be a lone experience and often allows for great bonding due to the time spent. EY supports this by reimbursing expenses on food and cab when you work past a certain time so I find it helpful to stay later so I don't have to log back on if I leave earlier. Religious commitments are taken into consideration and accommodated for.
