Are applications screened through a software ?
Can applicants be assured that resumes and cover letters are all evaluated by a hiring manager who checks previous experiences and relevance to the chosen career and vacancy ? Or do applications get screened through a software?

Hi Vinicius - you can see in detail each stage of the application process here: https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/application-process. We don't ask for a CV or cover letter, just your information as part of the application form. You then need to be successful at the online assessments and EY Experience Day before you would then meet with your interviewer (who would be part of the team you would be joining).
