Hi, I come from Mauritius but I have a residence permit in Spain. I am interested in applying for an internship as the programme are really attractive and there might be a good fit with my profile. What are the opportunities that EY provide to potential candidate who may not possess a work permit at the time of application (for instance, in UK)?
Hi Sonya, unfortuantely we do not sponsor visas for our Summer Internships. However, we do sponsor visas for he majority of our Graduate programmes. You can find the most up to date information on visas on our FAQs page - https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/faqs
Thank you. I will check it out. When is the application for the graduate programme open?
We are open for Graduate programmes now!
Should I consider applying now for next year? I will graduate in July 2024.
You will be eligible for our September 2024 intake which is open now!
Would be great to connect with professionals working at EY with a background in Industrial/organisational psychology. Thank you. How is the interview structured for the Graduate programmes?
Hi Sonya - our graduate programme interviews are always looking for your motivations of applying, so researching the wider market is always great. And then we're looking at your strengths in particular situations you've been in - this can be related to anything in your previous experience.
Thank you Verity.
When you get to the EY Experience Day stage, our team provide really detailed video instructions on what the day involves, to help you prepare with the structure for the day.
