Hi Shalini, thanks for your question. I would be delighted to help as I work in the candidate engagement team. There are various ways that you prepare yourself before our EY Experience Day. There are lots of free sites online that you can use to practice for the application process, we have our VEE portal below for preparation:
VEE is a portal created by Cappfinity that applications can access for support throughout the application process.
The portal is split into three modules which can be completed at your pace:
- Career Ready - focussing on strengths
- Assessment Ready - assessment practice (including NRT!)
- Showcase - EY specific Job Simulation
Access the VEE platform: https://ey.preparationplus.com/
We're not able to share the topics themselves, but not to worry, we will share all the relevant information that you need in advance. I would suggest taking a look at our Core Strengths using the link below - https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/strengths
During the EY Experience Day, you will also partake in an interview with a partner, so have a careful think about your motivations to join not only EY, but also your chosen service line
Thanks!
