The discussion part of the interview is designed to give you a chance to show some of your thoughts and business insights. There's likely to be some questions on why you are interested in tax, your location and what you know about what the team at EY does. Just make sure that you do your research and you're well prepared :)

Hi Viktorjia - thank you for your question. The best advice I could give regarding a Partner Interview would be to do your research! ... This can include everything from researching who your partner interview is with (their background and their role at EY), to researching everything about your chosen topic of discussion - Make use of the EY website, and do loads of research into the different initiatives and offerings which have taken place recently. Ensure that you are confident in the topic you have chosen, and try to practice your presentation / discussion with a friend or family member before your interview. Also try to think about what it is about EY that particularly stands out for you and your motivations for applying to the role and the service line! More generally, just be yourself, remain positive and try to enjoy the last stage of the process - EY partner's are great people and really want to see you do well :)
