Hi Laura, any final stage interview tips for the Graduate Assurance position? This role is very important to me :)
Also, since EY has decided to separate into 2 different organizations and Assurance comes under the 'Simplified' category, do both organizations differ in terms of level or hierarchy?

Hi Shivam, my top tip for the interview stage would be to simply be yourself! The interview stage is such an important stage for you to get a feel for how the organisation feels on an individual level & for you to be able to ask any questions that matter to you. Reading up on EY values etc. on the website will also be helpful but being yourself & trying to enjoy it as much as you can is definitely my top tip. Good luck!
