For the video interview, I would recommend reviewing EY's core values prior to the interview and think of examples of things you have done that demonstrate your compatibility with these core values. Also, it's great to research more about EY and your chosen department so that you can feel prepared to answer questions about why it's a good fit for you if these questions come up :)
Definitely research the company and area of field you would like to consider. It would also help having some answers ready to answer why you've chosen that area of discipline and what skills you can bring.
Hi Kymran for the job sim/situational interview some tips are to make sure you do your research on your chosen service line, show your passionate about what EY is doing you will have the chance to record yourself so you can prepare beforehand
Research is key! I spent a lot of time researching EY and learning about the core values. Having a look into different service lines is great as well to know roughly which areas you are most interested in :)
There are 10 strengths EY identifies, pick 2 to 3 of them and make sure you have examples to share to show the value you can bring to the firm. Here is the link to all 10 strengths: www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/application-tips
