Any advice for non-Accounting background Auditors, specifically in passing ICAS exams? Anything I should brush up on?

Hello. I'd suggest having a read of few sets of annual reports or financial statements to get an idea of the kind of documents that you'll be working around, and then also get some practice using excel and learning a few basic functions (and things like XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP). All the actual audit training and technical knowledge will be taught to you, so you won't really be at a disadvantage. As a grad you'll likely go straight into college after joining too so the accounting knowledge gap will quickly close.

Hello, where would be the best place to find annual reports or financial statements?

So you can search for any company name and then "annual report" in Google, and the bigger companies will be listed there. Or you can go on Companies House (the UK register for things like this). For example you could search "Shell annual report" and easily find it. These are very long documents, especially for listed companies, so I wouldn't suggest reading every word.
