Hi Meghana, after completing the qualification, your career progression is completely up to you! There is no defined route after qualifying, many people will continue with EY however some will move else where.

Hi Meghana, you'll join as a staff (the exact name differs on different teams exactly), and during each year you're responsibility will gradually increase. After 2/3 years, you will normally have some kind of title change but the specifics depend on each service line you're in/
