Hello! If you are overqualified for a role - I would join the talent community to ensure when the role at the right level does come up, you're first to know about it. You can find the link to this in the resources area. If you want to step down in terms of seniority, apply for the relevant role you're interested in and make clear in the intro that this level is something you're interested in and why. This way you're not declined on the basis of being overqualified and with the team in fear you would leave as soon as another role comes up
